BLK BOX Strongman Sandbags

Take your training up a notch with a BLK BOX Strongman Sandbag. Available in 9 different sizes, these Strongman Sandbags can be filled with sand and used for a wide variety of movements including overhead presses, bear hug squats, zercher holds, floor presses and shoulder squats to name a few.

The heavy duty vinyl fabric has been double stitched for added durability and ensures no sand leaks during use. There is a double stitched, strong zip with a velcro strap, and an internal stitched filler bag that is velcro sealed, designed to ensure no sand is lost. The nature and style of these bags means they are easy to obtain a firm grip and pick up from the ground, compared to the likes of a pre-filled ball which may be more difficult to grip.

The BLK BOX Strongman Sandbags are a great alternative to the BLK BOX D-Balls as they are refillable, meaning you can easily empty the sand out, and transport the empty bag, and then refill again when required. You can also fill your bag to its max capacity using a set of scales, or half/quarter fill it, depending on the intensity of workout you want. Please note these bags are designed to be dropped, not slammed.
